Schedule of Events

15. Monday

  • 7:00 to 2:00 Trading al fresco, in the same parking lot as years past (in the far southeast corner of the property).
  • You will also be able to move into the hall for unloading only (no trading in the hall) sometime today. Hours will be announced.

16. Tuesday

  • 8:00 to 5:00 Move-in and open trading. Complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries while they last!
  • 6:00 to 7:00 Buffet dinner in the Pecos Room.
  • 7:30 to 9:30 Consignment auction in the Pecos Room. (Purchasing the buffet dinner is not required to attend the auction.)

17. Wednesday

  • 8:00 to 11:00 Open trading. Complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries while they last!
  • 10:00 Deadline to submit Best Single Plate entries.
  • 11:00 Deadline to vote for awards. Vote for your favorites by using the ballot in your registration packet.
  • 11:30 Awards ceremony (trading is paused).
  • 11:45 Donation auction (trading is paused).
  • 1:00 to 5:00 Open trading.

18. Thursday

  • 8:00 to 2:00 Open trading and fond farewells.

Location

The 46th Annual ALPCA Silver State Regional will be held once again at Santa Fe Station, located at 4949 North Rancho Drive in northwest Las Vegas.

The hotel, convention, casino, a dozen dining and drinking options, a cinema, and even a bowling alley, are all located under one roof! Room rates will be announced in late 2026.

The event is open only to ALPCA members, their families, and personal guests. You can quickly and easily join ALPCA here.
What about “license plate widows?” Anything for them to do?
Absolutely yes. The Fabulous Las Vegas Strip and the Fremont Street Experience are an easy drive or bus ride away. For something other than casinos (yes it's true!) cool off on Mount Charleston, explore the Mob Museum, wander the Neon Sign Museum, shop and dine in quaint Boulder City, ride the elevator down into Hoover Dam...
